Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited And Its Shareholders
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (‘CAM’) has advised Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited (TTT) and its shareholders on the sale of 100% TTT’s shareholding to Collective Artists Network India Private Limited (Collective).
Terribly Tiny Ventures Private Limited (TTT) successfully concluded the sale of its entire stake to Collective Artists Network India Private Limited (Collective), marking the significant development in the entertainment industry.
This transaction was facilitated through rigorous negotiations, culminated in the execution of critical documents including the share purchase agreement, disclosure letter and other documentation. CAM played crucial advisory role throughout the process and ensured smooth execution of the transaction.
The General Corporate and Technology Media Telecommunications team of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the matter.
The transaction was led by Aarushi Jain, Partner & Head of Media, Education & Gaming; Smruti Shah, Partner; with support from Pooja Kapadia, Principal Associate; Priya Gupta, Senior Associate; and Keerthi Kumar, Associate.
Other parties and advisors to the transaction included Collective Artists Network Private Limited, acted as counterparty; Agama Law Associates, acted as advocate for counterparty.
The transaction was signed on 1st July, 2024.
