Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s leading law firm, advised S.J.S. Enterprises on the proposed acquisition of 90.1% stake in Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited (Walter Pack India). Walter Pack India is engaged in the business of design and development of high value added functional decorative parts in the Indian market using advanced in-mould technologies.
The General Corporate Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the transaction. The transaction team was supervised by Reeba Chacko, Partner & Head - Corporate, whereas the transaction was led by Vishak Abraham, Partner; and Sharada Ramachandra, Partner, and by Arun Prabhu, Partner & Head -Technology, Telecom on the IP and technology aspects; with support from Jesika Babel, Senior Associate; Arpita Sengupta, Senior Associate; Gopika Nambiar, Associate; Mukesh Seju, Associate; and Sabreen Hussain, Associate. Aakriti Singh, Arushi Bindal, Harshita Tripathi, and Manav Sanghvi, Associates; assisted on the legal due diligence. S.J.S. Enterprises Limited proposes to acquire 90.1% stake in Walter Pack India, by way of a secondary purchase from Walter Pack S.L. and the founder of their India operations, Mr. Roy Mathew.
