Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the legal counsel to Sheela Foam Limited (Sheela Foam) in relation to its primary investment in House of Kieraya Private Limited (HOK), which operates under the brand name Furlenco.
HOK is a leading furniture company with a strong presence in the online segment and operations in key cities in India including Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi NCR.
