Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Five-Star Business Finance Limited (Five Star) on issuance senior, secured, unsubordinated, rated, listed, transferable, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), each having a face value of INR 1,00,000 aggregating to INR 105 crore.
The Banking, Corporate & Structured Finance Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the transaction. The Transaction team was led by Lakshmi Prakash, Partner; with support from Kushal Rohira, Principal Associate-Designate; Kalpalathikaa M, Associate; and Himanshi Mahajan, Associate.

The deal was signed on 11th December 2023; and closed on 12th December 2023.
