Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised F5, Inc. on the Indian leg of acquisition of Lilac Cloud, Inc., a computer networking entity by F5, Inc.
The General Corporate, Taxation and TMT Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised F5 Inc. and assisted with reviewing the transaction documents from an Indian legal perspective, advised on certain employment and tax related aspects of the deal and drafted related employment documentation.
