Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NDR InvIT Trust on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Nandav Warehousing Private Limited and Kosamba Logistics Private Limited, along with 100% of the partnership interest in SGP Universal LLP. The Target Entities, engaged in the development, operation, and management of warehouses in Surat, Gujarat, strengthen NDR InvIT Trust’s logistics portfolio through this strategic acquisition.
The transaction was led by Kota Chandan (Partner) and Saurav Samaddar (Partner), with support from Jayant Belgaumkar and Ohmkar Vishal (Associates). Due diligence was assisted by Stuti Agarwal and Mehul Mayank (Associates).
