Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Navi Finserv on issuance of NCDs
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel for Navi Finserv Limited on the issue of secured, rated, listed redeemable NCDs under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021.
The Capital Markets Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Navi Finserv Limited on the transaction. The transaction team was led Vijay Parthasarathi, Partner & Regional Co-head Markets Practice (Southern Region); Lakshmi Prakash, Partner; with support from Akshay Singh Ralhi, Principal Associate- Designate; Kushal Rohira, Principal Associate- Designate; Vedansh Batwara, Associate; Tanvi Ramdas, Associate; and Prajna Kariappa, Associate.
As part of the transaction, Navi Finserv Limited’s issued NCD’s for an amount aggregating up to INR 250 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription up to INR 250 crore (Green Shoe Option) aggregating up to INR 500 crore.
The Transaction was signed on 7th February 2023 and closed on 18th July 2023.
