Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised real estate funds managed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited. Elan Avenue Limited (the “Issuer”) is engaged in the business of construction and development of commercial and residential real estate projects. Amongst others, it is developing certain commercial and residential real estate projects titled (“The Presidential” and “The Mark”) in Gurgaon, Haryana.
We advised funds managed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited on their subscription of 1,20,000 (one lakh twenty thousand) unlisted, secured non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 1,200,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Crores), on a private placement basis. This marks the largest single investment in NCR by Kotak Real Estate Funds.
