Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised ICICI Securities, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital, And HDFC Bank For Sale Of Equity Shares Of Hindustan Zinc
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, and HDFC Bank Limited (the "Brokers") in their role as brokers for the offer for sale of equity shares with a face value of INR 2 each (“Equity Shares”) of Hindustan Zinc Limited (the “Company”) through a separate designated window of the Stock Exchanges on November 08, 2024, conducted by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Mines, Government of India (“Offer”).
As part of the Offer, the President of India sold 7,43,93,540 Equity Shares, representing 1.76% of the Company’s total issued and paid-up equity share capital at a floor price of Rs. 505.
