Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Envision Wind Power Technologies India Private Limited on finalizing the contracts for JSW Energy’s 257 MW captive wind power project in Karnataka.
The Project & Project Finance Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Envision Wind Power Technologies India Private Limited on the transaction.
The transaction team was led by Ajay Sawhney, Partner; Bhupendra Verma, Partner; with support from Kanhai Srivastava, Senior Associate.
As part of the transaction, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas assisted Envison Wind Power Technologies in the drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and finalising the: (a) term sheet; (b) WTG supply contract; (c) technical services and commissioning contract; (d) operation and maintenance contract; and (e) WTG tower internal supply contract, with respect to the 257 MW captive wind power project comprising of (78 WTGs) situated at Sandur, Karnataka.
The Contracts were signed in July 2023.
