Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Bharti Group On Sale Of 50% Stake In Rostrum Realty To Brookfield REIT
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised the Bharti Group entities (collectively referred to as the “Sellers”) on the proposed sale of a 50% stake in Rostrum Realty Private Limited (“Rostrum”) to Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (“Brookfield REIT”). This transaction involves the preferential issuance of Brookfield REIT units to the Sellers in exchange for their stake in Rostrum.
Rostrum's portfolio comprises assets such as the Worldmark properties in Aerocity New Delhi, the Airtel Center in North Gurugram, and Worldmark Gurugram.
The transaction team at CAM was spearheaded by Akila Agrawal, Partner & Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, alongside Mukul Sharma, Partner. They were supported by Neham Tayal and Rudraksh Durrani, Principal Associates, as well as Shreya Teewari, Senior Associate, and Aparajita Marwah and Devarshi Mohan, Associates.

The transaction was signed on May 15, 2024.
