Chandhiok & Mahajan Advised Equirus Capital And IIFL Capital On Neilsoft's Proposed IPO
Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) is advising Equirus Capital Private Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) in relation to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of Neilsoft Limited (the “Company” and such offering, the “IPO”) comprising a fresh issue of up to INR 1,000.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to 8,000,000 equity shares by certain existing shareholders of the Company.
The Company is a technology-driven, pure-play engineering services and solutions provider with over 20 years of experience in servicing global customers.
C&M's Capital Markets team was led by Partner and Head of Capital Markets, Niruphama Ramakrishnan, along with Senior Associate Shristi Kanchan and Associates Shashwat Bhutani, Rishika Sharma, and Garima Mangla.
