Bracewell LLP Advised Sony Music on Historic Acquisition of Amr Diab’s Music Catalogue
Bracewell LLP successfully advised Sony Music on its acquisition of the iconic music catalogue of Amr Diab, one of the Middle East's most celebrated artists. This deal marks a historic milestone as the first-ever music catalogue acquisition of its kind in the region. In addition to the catalogue acquisition, Amr Diab has entered into a multi-album deal with Sony Music.
