AZB & Partners Advised Footpath Ventures Acquisition in Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses

The Merger & Acquisition team along with Private Equity team of AZB & Partners has acted and advised Footpath Ventures SPV V LP (FPV SPV V) and other investors for the acquisition of stake in Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited for a total aggregation consideration of Rs. 8.19 billion (approx. USD 100 million).

Footpath Ventures founded in 2019, is a Cayman Island-based venture capital firm and is headquartered in the United Sates of America in New York City. They operate in pooled investment funds.

Whereas, Zetwerk is a manufacturing services provider and caters to businesses in the precision parts, capital goods and consumer goods categories.

The transaction team was led by Vasudha Asher (Partner) and received support from Farah Titina (Senior Associate).

The deal was signed on 20th April, 2023 and was completed on 19th May, 2023.
