AZB & Partners Advised Decision Point On Its Acquisition By Latent View Analytics
AZB & Partners advised Decision Point Private Limited in India, Chile, and Mexico in its complete sale to Latent View Analytics Limited.
The transaction involves the acquisition of 70% of Decision Point’s outstanding equity capital for a total consideration of $39.1 million. The remaining 30% equity will be acquired over the next two years, with the payout based on agreed valuation principles.
Decision Point is a leader in AI-led Business Transformation and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions, with over 300 employees worldwide. The company has developed AI-powered solutions, including Beagle GPT, a conversational GenAI app for Microsoft Teams used by Fortune 500 Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers. Decision Point's expertise spans RGM, Demand Forecasting, Pricing Analytics, Promotion Analytics, Retail Segmentation, and Marketing Mix Models, with a focus on CPG brands.
Latent View Analytics Limited is a global data analytics company specializing in the Technology, CPG, Industrials, Financial Services, and Retail sectors.
The acquisition of Decision Point will enhance Latent View’s capabilities in data engineering, data science, data visualization, and consulting and advisory services for analytics and GenAI readiness.
