AZB & Partners acted on TVS Supply Chain Solutions IPO
AZB & Partners advised Tata Capital Financial Services Limited and Omega TC Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Investor Selling Shareholders”) on their sale of equity shares in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) by TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, which was undertaken by way of a fresh issue for an amount aggregating to INR 6 billion and an offer for sale for an amount aggregating to INR 2.8 billion.
The Investor Selling Shareholders comprised of Omega TC Sabre Holdings Pte. Limited (“Omega”), Tata Capital Financial Services Limited (“TCFSL”) (collectively, “Investor Selling Shareholders”) and Mahogany Singapore Company Pte. Ltd. (“Mahogany” or “Shareholder”).
The transaction comprised of Initial public offer of equity shares comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 6,000 million and an offer for sale of up to INR 2,800 million by the Selling Shareholders.
