Argus Partners Advised SWAMIH Fund On Rs.300 Crores Investment In Hubtown Group’s ‘Rising City’ Project
It will expedite the project's completion and provide relief to homebuyers
Argus Partners has advised Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Investment Fund I on investing in the residential project ‘Rising City’ developed by the Hubtown Group in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
SWAMIH made a last mile funding of Rs.300 crores subscription to non-convertible debentures of the Hubtown Group entity, Rare Townships Pvt Ltd.
Strategically located, the project offers a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The investment will expedite the project's completion and provide relief to homebuyers who invested in it.
