Talwar Thakore & Associates Promotes 3 Lawyers to Firm’s Partnership

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) has promoted Dinoo Muthappa, Harshit Chandra and Pratika Shankar to firm’s partnership.

With these elevations, the partnership of TT&A raises to 25.

Dinoo Muthappa is a 2010 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. She further holds LL.M. in Competition Law from King's College London in 2011.

Her specialization includes in competition law and advises Indian and foreign clients on complex matters across various sectors such as digital markets, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media, FMCG, glass, etc. She has represented clients before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and appellate courts. She has also been extensively involved in Form I and Form II merger control approvals before the CCI.

Harshit Chandra has completed his graduation in 2014 from the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

He is an expert in corporate law, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he assists the banking and finance practice and the projects and infrastructure practice. He has a wide corporate experience with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A, and financing transactions including those in the telecommunication, e-commerce, consumer retail and ed-tech spaces.

Pratika Shankar is a 2013 graduate of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.

His experience lies in inbound and outbound strategic M&A, private equity, and structured financing. He has extensive specialization in dealing with a varied range of domestic and multinational corporations, private equity funds, banks and financing institutions across sectors such as financial services, industrials, education, insurance, and real estate. He has also worked on several hybrid transactions involving both equity and debt investments at the same time.
