To give a fillip to its commitment towards client relationships and expand its presence in vibrant economic centres, Khaitan & Co has launched a new office in Pune.
In a statement, the firm divulged that it would focus on advising clients across full-suite services, including corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital investments, intellectual property, real estate, corporate restructuring, banking, finance, capital markets, tax, and dispute resolution.
