In Cameroon, Dentons is collaborating with Kouengoua Minou Nkongho (KMN), a firm with over 40 years of experience in complex cross-border legal matters. Cameroon’s natural resource wealth and strategic location as a major transit hub have driven significant demand for legal expertise, particularly in the oil, gas, minerals, and agricultural sectors.

In the DRC, Dentons is joining forces with Pathy Liongo & Associates, a firm with 15 years of practice specializing in business law across Africa. The DRC, rich in natural resources like cobalt and copper, is undergoing transformative projects in hydropower and infrastructure, attracting global investments and creating opportunities for growth.

In Ethiopia, Tamrat Assefa Liban Law Office, brings deep expertise in cross-border investments and finance, particularly in the real estate and renewable energy sectors. Ethiopia’s focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing positions it as a key player in Africa’s economic development.
