Dentons Advised Immensa's $20M Series B Round for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Transformation
Dentons has advised Immensa, a leading MENA-based platform for additive manufacturing and on-demand digital inventory, on securing a $20 million investment in its Series B round. Led by prominent MENA venture capital firm Global Ventures, the funding will fuel Immensa's expansion, R&D, and platform enhancements.
The funding is expected to become a vital catalyst for Immensa's mission to revolutionise the manufacturing and inventory management landscape. Through its innovative digital platform, Immensa empowers businesses to create, store, and instantly deploy digital inventories, eliminating the need for physical stockpiles and optimising the entire supply chain process.
The $20 million investment will fuel Immensa's R&D, team expansion, and platform upgrades. This collaboration will unleash Immensa's potential to transform manufacturing and supply chains, delivering greater efficiency and agility for businesses.
Building upon their successful Series A collaboration, Dentons, led by Christopher Rose, once again provided strategic legal counsel to Immensa, guiding them through their Series B round.
"We are proud to see Immensa securing this investment in the region and look forward to seeing the development to come," David McGrory, Dentons' Dubai Corporate partner and UAE's Venture Technology and Emerging Growth (VTG) lead, stated.
By digitising the manufacturing and inventory management process, Immensa enables businesses to reduce costs, increase efficiency and meet demand more effectively. With its innovative platform, Immensa is driving the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
