Economic Laws Practice (ELP), an Indian law firm, has recently appointed Sanjit Nagarkatti as a Partner at its Bengaluru office. Nagarkatti brings over 32 years of experience as an in-house counsel, specialising in areas such as corporate governance, consulting, litigation, and environmental management across diverse sectors. His impressive career includes stints at Ola Electric, UB Group, Vodafone, Dow Chemical, Syngenta, and Johnson & Johnson.
Suhail Nathani, the Managing Partner at ELP, expressed enthusiasm about Nagarkatti’s addition: “We are delighted to welcome Sanjit to the firm. Along with Nagarkatti, Sukirti Singh has also joined ELP Bengaluru as an Associate Partner.
With Nagarkatti’s addition, ELP which began its journey in 2001 with five partners now boasts of partnership strength of 44. The firm was recognised as the Tax Firm of the Year by the Benchmark Litigations APAC Awards in 2023.
