Samridha Neupane has left L&L Partners to join Saraf & Partners in Delhi in the firm's Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Practice.
On his joining the firm, Mohit Saraf, the Founder & Managing Partner at Saraf & Partners, said, "We are delighted to welcome Neupane into the partnership at this exciting time. Neupane is a 2011 graduate of the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad, and in 2016, obtained an LL.M. from National University Singapore.
Prior to working with L&L Partners, Neupane served the law firm Khaitan & Co for three years and was with Tatva Legal for four years.
He specializes in projects and energy law, with a particular focus on renewable energy and natural resources-related aspects. His extensive experience includes strategic investments, private equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions, primarily in the energy and infrastructure space. He is also an expert in project and construction-related documentation and general corporate law advisory.
At the firm, Neupane joins partners Ketan Khare, Shashank Manish, Manmeet Singh, Sachit Mathur, Ajay Bhadu, Astha Singh Trehan, Sagar Manju, Akshayy S Nanda, and Alok Shankar.
Saraf and Partners continue its hiring spree, with 10 partners joining the firm in the last 10 months.
