Saakshya Law's Siddharth Raja merges his practice with Vertices Partners

Joining along with his team, he will co-head the firm as a senior partner in Bengaluru

Siddharth Raja, the co-founder of Saakshya Law Advocates has merged his firm with Vertices Partners.

With decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture transactions, his expertise extends to cross-border movements in the legal advisory.

Commenting on the move, Vinayak Burman, the founder, and managing partner of Vertices Partners said, "Raja is a friend and has been known to me for several years. A 1997 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, in 1998, Raja earned his LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick.

He has worked in the Hong Kong office of O'Melveny & Myers, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has also been a partner at Udwadia & Udeshi and a senior partner and executive director at Argus Partners. In 2013, he co-founded Samvad Partners. He was the co-founder of Saakshya Law Advocates along with Aditya Narayan, and Megha Malhotra Narayan.
