Pinsent Masons head joins Reed Smith
Reed Smith has hired Bryan Tan, who was the head of the technology, media and telecommunications practice at Pinsent Masons MPillay, to serve as an associate in Singapore.
Reed Smith has also added Nathanael Lim and Bernice Tian to its group of associates joining Tan at Pinsent Masons in this move.
Tan has over 20 years' experience in most aspects of the TMT sector, including following TMT transactions and venture capital investments, as well as cryptocurrency projects, cyber security, data protection and digital trade facilitation matters.
Being a founding partner of Keystone Law Corporation, the Singapore boutique firm, Tan spent nine years at the firm before he joined Pinsent Masons in 2013. He has also been a part of firms like Rajah & Tann, Baker McKenzie and Allen & Gledhill.
Reed Smith's Singapore office now has 14 partners after the appointment of Tan.
