Before his tenure at Greenberg Traurig, Eiji Kobayashi held prominent positions at notable law firms. He served as the head of the corporate practice at Norton Rose Fulbright, having joined the firm in 2015. In 2018, he subsequently transitioned to Paul Hastings.
