Mayer Brown appoints Dr. Andrea Pomana as partner in Brussels

Mayer Brown has announced the appointment of Dr. Andrea Pomana as a partner in its Antitrust & Competition practice in Brussels.

"Andrea is a trusted advisor in complex and cross-border transactions with experience that spans more than 15 years in antitrust," said Britt Miller, co-head of the Firm's global Antitrust & Competition practice. "Her experience, reputation and relationships are a great addition as we continue to build our presence globally and expand our antitrust and compliance capabilities for clients."

Andrea has vast experience in merger control, antitrust investigations, compliance and compliance management systems and foreign direct investment. She has acted for a number of well-known clients, and is entrusted with complex and cross-border transactions and market dominance cases. She joins from Advant Beiten, in Frankfurt, where she was a partner.
