Debopam Dutta was appointed as Senior Associate to International Banking & Finance team of Trowers & Hamlins, International law firm in Oman.

With a particular focus on real estate finance, corporate finance, project & infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, debt capital markets & structured finance, debt restructuring and regulatory issues, Debo has vast experience in advising banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, real estate investment trusts, funds and multinational companies on a wide range of Indian domestic and cross-border transactions.

He has worked in various international and domestic law firms in India, Singapore and the UK for many years, lastly at Talwar Thakore & Associates in India before joining Trowers.
