Zaki Hashem Acted in Egypt's Waste Management Partnership

Prominent Egyptian law firm Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law provided legal counsel to Antipollution Egypt SAE in connection with the negotiation and execution of a waste management and services contract with the Red Sea Port Authority.

Marking a new era in environmental protection, Antipollution Egypt officially launched its operations after signing a crucial agreement with the Ministry of Transportation's Egyptian Marine Supply and Contracting Company. The agreement will ensure cleaner seas and a healthier environment for all.

The Suez Canal, a vital artery of global trade, is preparing for a cleaner future with the launch of Antipollution Egypt. This joint stock company, a collaboration between the Suez Canal Authority, V Group, and Egyptian-Greek businessman Eric Adam, will be responsible for collecting, transporting, processing, and safely disposing of ship-generated wastes and cargo residues for all vessels passing through the canal.

A legal team spearheaded by Partner Hossam Hafez, with the support of Senior Associate Khalid Al Melegi and Associate Youssef ElHadidy, navigated the intricacies of the Antipollution Egypt agreement for V Group.

Heba El Naggar and Nour Ossama, Partner and Senior Associate respectively, ensure the corporate issues of Antipollution Egypt and its shareholders.
