Global law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is representing funds managed by KKR in their acquisition of Broadcom Inc.'s End-User Computing Division (EUC) for approximately $4 billion. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, is expected to be finalised this year.
EUC, formerly the VMware EUC business, is a leading digital work platform trusted by numerous organisations worldwide.
