AS&H Clifford Chance has promoted Saad Al-Dileym to the position of counsel.
Al-Dileym is an expert in public policy matters and legislative drafting. He provides advisory services to various ministries, strategic national regulatory initiatives, and large-scale projects. He focuses on regulatory frameworks that go beyond the scope of existing economic laws.

Having served for over two years in the Laws and Regulations Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Al-Dileym drafted key legislations including commercial, off-plan sales, real estate, and geographical indications laws.
Since joining the firm, he has been actively involved in the drafting process of the new insolvency law, showcasing his dedication to shaping impactful legal frameworks.
