She was earlier working with Weil Gotshal & Manges
Global law firm, Paul Hastings, with a 1,200-strong lawyers’ team, has added Reena Gogna to give a fillip to its London finance practice.
Reena represents financial institutions and direct lenders on leveraged finance, senior debt and high-yield financings, debt restructurings and refinancings.
She will contribute to the growth of the firm’s London office, which has more than doubled revenue and 170 lawyers in the past five years.
She worked for a decade at Weil Gotshal & Manges as a Partner. Prior to that, Gogna served at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs (both clients of Paul Hastings), Permira Credit and Ares Credit. She also represents KKR Credit, where Paul Hastings’ European restructuring co-chair, William Needham, was a Managing Director.
