The firm is disrupting the legal industry with its innovative approach to accessing legal advice and services. With a track record of facilitating transactions valued at over $1.25 billion in the first half of 2023.
This expansion aims to enhance Oryx's unique service model and better cater to its expanding and diverse clientele across various geographical locations.

Her valuable experience encompasses significant positions such as Founder and Managing Director at Smarter Legal Services, General Counsel at Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages (GCCB), Associate General Counsel at Kimberly-Clark, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Musanada, and Legal Counsel at PepsiCo, where she covered the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia regions.
Gregory Nicolas, a highly respected professional known for his extensive legal and governance expertise in the Luxembourg banking and asset management sector, adds significant value to Oryx's capabilities.
His remarkable career includes notable positions such as Non-executive Director and Independent Advisor at Idoine Governance, Executive Director and Conducting Officer at FundRock Group, Deputy Head of Legal at Casa4Funds, and legal counsel at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Natalie Boyd, Co-Founder of Oryx, commented on these strategic appointments, highlighting the significance of welcoming Gregory and Lulwa to the Oryx team. She emphasised that their addition is a testament to the company's innovative business model, which effectively addresses market demands, as well as Oryx's rapid growth trajectory.
“The traction Oryx’s model has garnered in a short time span warrants added resources, and these consultants bring additional skill sets at senior level to augment our existing capabilities. Their existing client bases can also now access a broader range of services through our platform, solidifying our unique position in the market,” Boyd said.
