Linklaters Strengthens London Team with the Appointment of New Competition Head
Linklaters has hired Bruce Kilpatrick, the head of Addleshaw Goddard’s London competition team, to strengthen its antitrust and foreign investment practice.
Kilpatrick brings with him over 25 years of extensive expertise in guiding clients through complex merger control, antitrust enforcement, and foreign direct investment matters. He is also well-versed in handling high-stakes antitrust damages litigation and director disqualification proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Kilpatrick has returned to Linklaters after a tenure of over 16 years at Addleshaw Goddard (AG), where he served as the head of the competition and regulatory team for more than a decade.
Nicole Kar, the Global Head of Linklaters’ antitrust and foreign investment team, expressed immense excitement about Kilpatrick’s return to the firm.
“The level of experience he brings over his years of practice complements our offering and will continue to position us as the number one choice for clients in this field,” Nicole Kar stated.
