Hussam Sameer Al Talhuni has over three decades of experience in commercial law, Hussam Sameer Al Talhuni brings extensive expertise in arbitration, bankruptcy, asset financing, family business trusts, and tax law. As a former Director of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), he played a pivotal role in high-profile insolvency cases and contributed significantly to the development of trust law in the UAE.
Fauzia Kehar makes history as the first female partner at MAS Law. With more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance, corporate law, and dispute resolution, she has been a key figure in legal modernization efforts. As a former National Legal Consultant for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), she played a crucial role in updating Pakistan’s transportation laws.
At MAS Law, Kehar leads operations in the UAE and KSA, leveraging her extensive experience as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and major public institutions. Her previous roles include Managing Director and Division Legal Counsel for Citi in the MENA region.
