Eunjee Kim Joins Dentons Lee As Head Of Human Resources And Labour Practice
Dentons Lee has bolstered its human resources and labour practice group with the appointment of senior attorney Eunjee Kim, who joins from Bae, Kim & Lee. Formerly a partner in Bae Kim & Lee’s employment and labour group, Kim now leads Dentons Lee’s human resources and labour practice.
With two decades of legal experience, Kim has specialized in advising both domestic and international companies on labor relations, including issues related to individual employees and collective matters involving labor unions. Her background includes serving as a legal director for Pernod Ricard Korea and Kellogg Korea, as well as roles in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Admitted to practice in South Korea and California, Kim will collaborate with other senior members of the human resources and labour practice group, such as Seung-Hun Lee, a former chief judge at the Cheongju District Court with expertise in labor law, and John JungKyum Kim, a former senior foreign partner at Shin & Kim and Lee & Ko.
Earlier this year, Dentons Lee also enhanced its life sciences and healthcare practice by welcoming senior foreign attorney Bernard Ham from Jipyong Law Firm, where he was part of the bio-healthcare team.
