Global law firm DLA Piper has announced the appointment of Naoise Harnett as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Practice in Dublin.
One of Ireland’s top Corporate Insurance lawyers, Harnett was previously a Partner Pinsent Masons. He has over 15 years of experience advising Irish and international insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries on major cross-border M&A transactions, court-sanctioned transfers, authorizations, and distribution.
