Dentons Hong Kong has hired Nicholas Chua as a Partner to further expand its Banking, Finance, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance capabilities.
Having worked in the banking industry for two decades, Nicholas was earlier the Head of Legal at Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB) in Hong Kong and the Global Head of Legal, Investment Banking.
Nicholas will assist Dentons Hong Kong and Dentons Regional and International platform by further enhancing the firm’s reputation as a leading global law firm.
Commenting on the development, Keith Brandt, the Managing Partner of Dentons Hong Kong said, “We extend a very warm welcome to Chua. With his reputation and strong background in investment banking, finance, and the wider industry, we believe his addition to the Dentons platform will cement our Hong Kong office’s position in the marketplace, continuing to build on the momentum of growth in recent years.”
