He serves clients with local, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional needs
Dentons has announced that Andrew Rankin has joined the real estate practice as Of Counsel in the Indianapolis office.
Rankin advises clients in commercial and industrial real estate matters, including purchase, disposition, financing, construction, leasing, and operation. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, financing agreements and documentation, asset purchase agreements, easements, and various licensing agreements. Rankin has also assisted clients to acquire and develop a variety of properties, including mixed-use, industrial, condominiums, retail, and gaming.

With over two decades of in-house and private practice experience, Rankin serves clients with local, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional needs.
A graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Wabash College, he earned his BA in political science and was an NCAA Division III Academic All-American in Cross Country.
Rankin began his career in private practice and spent 16 years in legal roles within companies. Until recently, he served as a senior corporate counsel at a national equipment and tool rental company. He also worked as a corporate counsel at a national athletic retailer, headquartered in Indianapolis.
