Banking Veteran Eng Seat Moey Joins Allen & Gledhill LLP As A Consultant

Banking Veteran Eng Seat Moey has joined Allen & Gledhill LLP as a Consultant with effect from 3 June 2024.

Having more than three decades of Investment Banking Experience, Seat Moey previously held the position of Group Head of Capital Markets at DBS Bank and was a member of its Group Management Committee prior to her retirement in March 2024.

Seat Moey, a Senior Banker in a prominent Asian bank spanning 19 markets, held a regional position extending beyond Singapore. In this role, she spearheaded various teams in advisory, corporate finance, and the structuring and implementation of equity transactions. Additionally, she supervised the securities division at DBS Vickers Securities and the digital capital markets business within the DBS Digital Asset Ecosystem. Recognized for her exceptional achievements, Seat Moey was honoured as a Distinguished Fellow by the Institute of Banking and Finance.
