Anderson Mori & Tomotsune Strengthens Thailand Team With Corporate Partner Natira Siripun

Japanese law firm Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (AMT) has enhanced its Thailand office by bringing on board corporate specialist Natira Siripun as a Partner. Natira joins AMT from local firm SRPP, where she spent five years.

Natira Siripun is an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), joint venture transactions, labor and employment law, real estate, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and regulatory matters. She has a strong background in advising both Thai and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Before her tenure at SRPP, Natira gained experience at other prominent Thai law firms, including Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners.

Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, headquartered in Tokyo, established its Bangkok office in 2016. The office is led by Partner Akitaka Anzai and now includes 11 lawyers, three of whom are Partners.
