Al Tamimi & Company has announced the appointment of Rob Ashing as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 20 years of experience working with international law firms, Ashing brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
A specialist in organisational and departmental strategy development, strategic implementation, and operational management, Ashing has built his legal career across Asia Pacific, the US, Europe, and Africa. His international experience enhances his ability to drive cross-border initiatives and support Al Tamimi & Company’s expansion strategy.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ashing held the role of Head of Operations at Howard Kennedy LLP, a London-based full-service law firm. He also holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), positioning him to bring a strategic, results-oriented approach to his new role.
