ADCO Law Positions Itself for Indonesia's Market Surge With New Hires

Indonesian powerhouse ADCO Law has bolstered its service offerings with the strategic appointments of Hanny Marpaung and Morales Sundusing as practice heads in capital markets and securities, and employment and industrial relations, respectively.

Boasting a decade of navigating complex capital markets transactions, Marpaung joins ADCO as a seasoned advisor to issuers, banks, and underwriters. Her deep understanding of IPOs, rights issues, and debt issuances, coupled with her expertise in information disclosure, corporate governance, related-party transactions, and takeovers, positions her as a key driver in ADCO's strategic growth plans.

Recognising the capital market's intricate regulatory landscape and interwoven economic elements, ADCO Law inaugurates a new practice area to actively contribute to the development of Indonesia's capital markets, Hanny Marpaung, stated.

Sundusing's career navigating employment law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution makes him a valuable asset to ADCO. Acknowledged as one of Indonesia's top 50 future legal leaders underlines his exceptional talent. His ability to untangle compliance complexities across diverse industries adds immense value to ADCO's client service.

Morales Sundusing, head of ADCO Law's new employment and industrial relations practice area, highlighted the increasing complexity of the field and the growing importance for businesses to stay informed and compliant. He explained that the practice area aims to help clients minimize risks and navigate emerging challenges, protecting them from potential disputes.

“Our firm has grown significantly over the past few years. Our decision to open new practice areas and bring on new partners strengthens our commitment to thrive as a law firm. I strongly believe that with these appointments, we can strengthen our practices, enabling deeper expertise and understanding for our clients,” Dendi Adisuryo, senior partner at ADCO Law, said.
