Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has represented a RRJ Capital-led group of investors in its $600 million equity investment into Vista, a leading global private aviation group. The investment aims to enhance Vista’s free cashflow generation and capital structure and reduce indebtedness to help Vista buttress its financial position and diversify its investor base. The deal is expected to close before the end of March this year.
