To ensure a smooth transition, it is actively collaborating with current customers and suppliers
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Metzo, the aviation and rail division of the Vita Group, on the acquisition of Paustian Airtex, a leading specialist in leather and textile products for the aviation industry.
The deal has strengthened the Vita Group’s service offerings in the sophisticated aviation interiors market while enhancing its portfolio and contributing to the evolution of the company.
With additional operational sites in Germany and Poland, the move has positioned the company to broaden its proficiencies in Europe, augmenting its market presence in aviation and railways.
