International law firm Clyde & Co has promoted 19 new partners to bolster the aviation, disputes, insurance, energy, marine and natural resources sectors worldwide.

The 14 UK promotions include (eight in London, four in Manchester, one in Guildford, and one in Edinburgh). Over a third of new partners outside the UK include four in the Asia Pacific region (three in Sydney, one in Singapore), one in Dubai and two in North America (Chicago and New York).

Among the promoted individuals is Zoe Tite, who was serving as a Legal Director in the firm’s aviation group. Tite has expertise in advising airlines, owners, lenders, and lessors on cross-border aviation financing, leasing, and trading transactions across commercial and business aviation sectors.

Previously, she worked with a leading international aircraft leasing company and a prominent international airline based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). She also mastered her skills at a top aviation law firm in London, Paris, and Hong Kong.

The promotions underscore Clyde & Co’s sustained growth across diverse regions and sectors. Marking two years since its merger with BLM LLP, the firm’s casualty insurance practice has gained three new partners, reflecting the union’s triumph in consolidating a combined casualty practice serving over 90 percent of UK general insurers.

Six new partners join the energy, marine, and natural resources practice group, bolstering its expansion trajectory, and recruiting a corporate and energy team, following the inauguration of the Warsaw office early this year.
