S&R Associates represented Vodafone Group Plc, a multinational telecommunications company, in obtaining the approval of the Competition Commission of India for Vodafone's strategic partnership with Accenture Holdings B.V. pursuant to a proposed acquisition of shares of Vodafone Shared Operations Limited.
Accenture Holdings B.V. (Accenture) is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its headquarters in Amsterdam. The Accenture Group provides IT and consulting services. Vodafone Shared Operations Limited (VSOL) is a private limited company. VSOL is presently engaged in the provision of shared services to the Vodafone Group and its network of partner telecommunications companies.
