S&R Associates advised on Joint Venture Embassy Group

S&R Associates represented the Embassy Group in the sale of its stake in Embassy Industrial Parks to Blackstone Real Estate.

Embassy Industrial Parks, a joint venture between Embassy Group and Warburg Pincus, owns 10.6 million square feet of modern Grade A logistics and warehousing assets across major industrial hubs in India.

The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Sudip Mahapatra, and included associates Rachita R. Bhat, Sushmita Sur, Gunit Kaur and Deep Shah.
