The financial assistance was worth Rs.7,150 million
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has advised Radiance Renewables (managed by Eversource Capital) concerning the financial assistance availed by two SPVs from Axis Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
This pertained to the solar power park with an installed capacity of 150MW AC, along with interconnection facilities, in Mol-Manjarwadi in Maharashtra.
The deal was led by Girish Rawat (partner). He was assisted by Ashneet Chhabra (senior associate), and Pranav Dwivedi (associate).
