Tata Cleantech Capital Limited, a joint venture between Tata Capital Limited and International Finance Corporation, US, has extended financial assistance to five Special Purpose Vehicles of Radiance Renewables Private Limited.
Kochhar & Co advised Tata Cleantech Capital Limited on the deal. The team was led by Partner Parul Verma and supported by Associate Swapnil Sant.
